Hampton Bay pergola replacement cover I purchased a replacement canopy for the Hampton Bay pergola we purchased at Home Depot in 2015. The shipment arrived promptly and we've installed it on the pergola so we can enjoy summer weather. There weren't any instructions, but we figured it out. The original end flap that protects the bunched up cover from collecting water/leaves is different, but otherwise it looks great. I'm so glad I found Garden Winds!

I ordered a replacement canopy for my Coleman 13x13 Eaved Shelter I ordered a replacement canopy for my Coleman 13x13 shelter. The website says it's out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock until July 30th, but my order shipped just days after my order! I received it about 2 months before I expected. The canopy fits perfectly on my existing frame although, yes, there are grommets that I wasn't expecting and were not mentioned in their product description. Those are a bit unfortunate because they will let some water in but I'll have to wait for the first rain to see just how much. The canopy itself seems to be a sturdier fabric than what came originally from Coleman (those last less than a year). I'm hopeful the Garden Winds product will last longer!

Find another way if possible! This is the only company that makes replacement gazebo roofs for the Tiverton 3 that we originally bought from Target, which is unfortunate, unless you get a custom made one. The first replacement roof that we ordered from them lasted approximately 3 years until it got enough tears etc. from the overhanging tree's twigs that it needed replacing. We then opted for the upgraded Ziplock 500 fabric which cost an additional $100+ over the Ziplock 300 basic fabric, and was supposed to be stronger & longer lasting. It fit our gazebo perfectly etc. and the color has held well since its 2022 installation. The problem is that the cotton straps to attach it to the gazebo frame have totally frayed and the hooks have detached from the Ziplock 500 material. So while the Ziplock 500 material has lasted the straps haven't so what's the point of a stronger roofing material if you can't attach it to the gazebo?? When asked if they would repair or replace the roof, Garden Winds' response was that since it's past their 1 year warranty we can purchase another roof for 20% off?!? What's the point of having a stronger fabric if the means of attaching it is a failure?? Do they think that we're that stupid? FYI, they remove all negative reviews from their website so buyer beware. Also look at the Better Business Bureau website to see what crooks these folks are.

Poor quality, poor service... Ordered New canopy and cushion for my 11 year old Home Depot swing June of 2017. Different look then original but ok. Material used is much thinner then original. Just brought both out of house for this season (Maryland) & seat cushion splitting(dry rotted ). Contacted customer service, sent photos, etc. They couldn't help because it was 1 week out of warranty, but offered 10 % off on a new one. Total use of product, 3 1/2 months. The original lasted 10 years. They're selling junk, nothing near the originals quality. Just waiting for the paper thin canopy to shred. They don't care about their customers. Sprint a lot of $$$ for junk. Fred Mueller

This company is a rip off This company is a rip off! Their replacement canopies are the lowest quality at the HIGHEST PRICE (almost double the price from other vendors), don't last ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE, and they charge a lot for delivery. They use UPS, which sucks as a delivery company as they are ALWAYS late or loose your package. Avoid them at all cost, OVERPRICED, RIP-OFF.
