GBDisappointed. Disappointed.. we have purchased 3 canopies from them in the past. They typically don't last long, but work. The last canopy we ordered was cut too short and didn't fit our structure. We argued with them and they refused to do anything so now we are stuck with a canopy that doesn't fit. Customer service is very disappointing.... Buy from someone else if you can.

CAShoddy American company posing as Canadian Wish we had seen these poor reviews prior to purchasing our canopy replacement cover. Sent the company a picture and confirmed measurements. What we thought was the exact canopy required came in as a half foot shorter than advertised. When we called the company we got arguments and attitude. So much for the Customer is first. Escalated to the "manager" and got a similar experience. We will go through credit card dispute to address the issue. For a company with a Canadian name, you sure don't respect your Canadian market. Shame on you for your shoddy business practices. If we could rate no stars we would.

GBWebsite and ordering, always review your order before placing. Finding replacement parts on their site is difficult. There are no direct links to most things on their website. When I did finally find something relevant to what I was looking for I was excited. Then when it came to the checkout process and reviewing my order, I found a $75 ground service fee for a replacement CUSHION. Not huge, heavy parts... A cushion. That's half the price of the cushion itself. Back to searching elsewhere. Sad.

CADO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY! The canopy replacement I received is defective with the top tier canopy way too big to fit. I don’t have a model number but the frame was exactly the same, from the same retailer, with the same model name. They insisted it was a different version of the gazebo without providing any evidence. I spent CAD$239 for a canopy that I cannot use. Now I have to spend approximately CAD $100 (return shipping cost, plus USD $45 deduction) to have it returned! SO UNREASONABLE!!! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

GBFind another way if possible! This is the only company that makes replacement gazebo roofs for the Tiverton 3 that we originally bought from Target, which is unfortunate, unless you get a custom made one. The first replacement roof that we ordered from them lasted approximately 3 years until it got enough tears etc. from the overhanging tree's twigs that it needed replacing. We then opted for the upgraded Ziplock 500 fabric which cost an additional $100+ over the Ziplock 300 basic fabric, and was supposed to be stronger & longer lasting. It fit our gazebo perfectly etc. and the color has held well since its 2022 installation. The problem is that the cotton straps to attach it to the gazebo frame have totally frayed and the hooks have detached from the Ziplock 500 material. So while the Ziplock 500 material has lasted the straps haven't so what's the point of a stronger roofing material if you can't attach it to the gazebo?? When asked if they would repair or replace the roof, Garden Winds' response was that since it's past their 1 year warranty we can purchase another roof for 20% off?!? What's the point of having a stronger fabric if the means of attaching it is a failure?? Do they think that we're that stupid? FYI, they remove all negative reviews from their website so buyer beware. Also look at the Better Business Bureau website to see what crooks these folks are.
