CAShoddy American company posing as Canadian Wish we had seen these poor reviews prior to purchasing our canopy replacement cover. Sent the company a picture and confirmed measurements. What we thought was the exact canopy required came in as a half foot shorter than advertised. When we called the company we got arguments and attitude. So much for the Customer is first. Escalated to the "manager" and got a similar experience. We will go through credit card dispute to address the issue. For a company with a Canadian name, you sure don't respect your Canadian market. Shame on you for your shoddy business practices. If we could rate no stars we would.

GBThis company is a rip off This company is a rip off! Their replacement canopies are the lowest quality at the HIGHEST PRICE (almost double the price from other vendors), don't last ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE, and they charge a lot for delivery. They use UPS, which sucks as a delivery company as they are ALWAYS late or loose your package. Avoid them at all cost, OVERPRICED, RIP-OFF.

GBTheir canopy’s are not even water… Their canopy’s are not even water repellent like they claim, the cloth leaks like it’s not even there, and they don’t make good on their product

GBFind another way if possible! This is the only company that makes replacement gazebo roofs for the Tiverton 3 that we originally bought from Target, which is unfortunate, unless you get a custom made one. The first replacement roof that we ordered from them lasted approximately 3 years until it got enough tears etc. from the overhanging tree's twigs that it needed replacing. We then opted for the upgraded Ziplock 500 fabric which cost an additional $100+ over the Ziplock 300 basic fabric, and was supposed to be stronger & longer lasting. It fit our gazebo perfectly etc. and the color has held well since its 2022 installation. The problem is that the cotton straps to attach it to the gazebo frame have totally frayed and the hooks have detached from the Ziplock 500 material. So while the Ziplock 500 material has lasted the straps haven't so what's the point of a stronger roofing material if you can't attach it to the gazebo?? When asked if they would repair or replace the roof, Garden Winds' response was that since it's past their 1 year warranty we can purchase another roof for 20% off?!? What's the point of having a stronger fabric if the means of attaching it is a failure?? Do they think that we're that stupid? FYI, they remove all negative reviews from their website so buyer beware. Also look at the Better Business Bureau website to see what crooks these folks are.

GBterrible product My replacement canopy lasted less than one season in Tennessee. The color almost co.pletely faded out and it has rips at every velcro strap. Customer service says my issue may be because I have the incorrect top? It fit my frame perfectly? Besides that would have nothing to do with fading out?. My first (original top) lasted three seasons and never faded. I would never recommend gtardenwinds products.
