Having been shipped from Florida, I was a bit concerned because of the cold temps; but someone thoughtfully put a wee hand warmer in with the Pink Princess to keep her safe on her journey. This company does not stand by their… This company does not stand by their "Guaranteed healthy plants" policy and are rude and unprofessional to their customers. They not only sent me unhealthy plants that had rotting roots, they refused to refund me for a rotten plant even when I offered to return it to them. They instead banned me from purchasing again just because they do not want to deal with the issue at hand. Do not shop here or trust the quality of their plants.
