USThis company does not stand by their… This company does not stand by their "Guaranteed healthy plants" policy and are rude and unprofessional to their customers. They not only sent me unhealthy plants that had rotting roots, they refused to refund me for a rotten plant even when I offered to return it to them. They instead banned me from purchasing again just because they do not want to deal with the issue at hand. Do not shop here or trust the quality of their plants.

USWrong plant sent, but correction was quick! I was originally sent one plant when I had ordered two. Fortunately, I received a quick response and the correct plants were shipped the same day. It was pretty inconvenient to have to rush the incorrect plant back to Fedex though.
