New additions to the plant family🪴 The order came right on time. The plants were packaged with care. And when we unwrapped them , they were beautiful and appear to be very healthy and happy. After almost a week they are just as pretty. I will definitely order form you again.

This company does not stand by their… This company does not stand by their "Guaranteed healthy plants" policy and are rude and unprofessional to their customers. They not only sent me unhealthy plants that had rotting roots, they refused to refund me for a rotten plant even when I offered to return it to them. They instead banned me from purchasing again just because they do not want to deal with the issue at hand. Do not shop here or trust the quality of their plants.

Amazing! My favorite plant company. The plants from this company are always gorgeous and packed well. Shipping was quick. I'm always excited to buy from CP. I recently started ordering from them and have now ordered several times. I am always tickled to get my shipment. Me file a claim? … I’ve done customer service for 23 years and when a client had an issue with a delivery we would file the claim for them. Never have I had a company tell me that I had to file the claim after I sent them all the photos. I feel that my plant would have been better taken care of in transit if the shipping box was labeled “fragile “ and “Live plant” so I feel the responsibility lies with the company that is shipping it not the shipper Fed EX. I was going to go forward with this with Fed Ex like I was asked to by Culture and then I thought why am I doing this? Why isn’t someone from Culture stepping up and either filing on their clients behalf or making it right? Therefore I will not be able to do business with a company that charges so much for shipping but doesn’t want to hold their shipper responsible.
