GBInaccurate measurement This rug is beautiful and soft, but it is not accurately measured and is uneven all around. I ordered a custom made rug pad based on the dimensions provided and had to have it professionally trimmed.

Kathy Kuo would don’t take responsibility for a blatantly damaged item due to shipping incorrectly and would not let me return item or even offer a restocking fee.
