GBWrong Items Shipped UPDATE: Just received email from Kathy Kuo claims regarding the incorrect items in shipment. So I’m updating my review from one to three stars for now while I wait to see resolution I’d love to leave a great review but I ordered 2 parsons chairs and what I received was something else! I refused the delivery and contacted customer support. Still waiting to hear back from claims to see how to resolve the issue as I’d still like to receive what I had ordered.

GBBad customer service As a trade member, I receive 100’s of packages and can’t always open when they arrive. Kathy Kuo would don’t take responsibility for a blatantly damaged item due to shipping incorrectly and would not let me return item or even offer a restocking fee. Will take my business somewhere else next time.

GBInaccurate measurement This rug is beautiful and soft, but it is not accurately measured and is uneven all around. I ordered a custom made rug pad based on the dimensions provided and had to have it professionally trimmed.

GBLove the product but shippers need help I ordered Windsor chairs and they came badly broken. They were replaced without argument. However, I got a message the replacements were shipped and the next day I got a message they were cancelled. After a few days I got a message that the replacement order had been duplicated so one was cancelled. Very confusing. Shippers were an hour late over the two hour window. Love the product but they need a new shipper and better communication.
