“Simple Returns” yeah right So the rug is very white and shiny, plus it looks different from every angle. Due to this we have decide to return the rug. Online it says “Simple returns” however unlike most returns you have to call during business hour to request a return. Then they are supposed to send an email asking if you want someone to pick up the rug ( for a cost) or drop it off at FedEx (also for a cost). However I have not received this email. And therefore cannot begin the return process So “Simple Returns” is more like the most complicated return you will ever experience

Early delivery The rugs arrived earlier than expected. When you look at them in one direction they look white. But, the other direction you see the colors. Also, the lager rug has some odor that I still smell occasionally, but it's only been a week. But, I do like them. Exactly as I expected.
