Poor packaging method Our rug arrived on Monday and we immediately unwrapped and unrolled and unfolded the rug. It had big lumps, creases and ridges in it that did not relax within several hours. I contacted Rugs Direct for instructions on how to remedy this problem and was told to reroll the rug and leave it for 7 days. I think that because the company folded the rug before rolling it has made it very uneven. The bumps in the rug stand up about 3-4 inches off the floor We are now on day 4 with the rug rolled (without folds!!). Sure hope this works

Early delivery The rugs arrived earlier than expected. When you look at them in one direction they look white. But, the other direction you see the colors. Also, the lager rug has some odor that I still smell occasionally, but it's only been a week. But, I do like them. Exactly as I expected.
