NVP Gutters and More Substandard NVP Gutters and More showed up late without proper tools or supplies. Their work was unprofessional, rushed, and sloppy. Instead of using a crimping tool to connect sections of downspouts they crushed the ends and jammed the pieces together. This restricted water flow and would eventually clog with debris. One of the downspouts was over an inch from the wall instead of against the wall. The end caps were white with silver gutters. Two of the downspouts were pitched up potentially trapping water in the bottom of the downspout. I called MVP Gutters and More back to correct their installation. When they painted the end pieces they left dripped paint on our pavers. When they were correcting the pitch of the two downspouts, I saw how they were connecting the sections, crushing instead of crimping the ends. The second time I called was to have them connect the three downspouts correctly with a crimping tool and correct a gutter that I noticed was pitched away from the roof. Nick, the owner, came and corrected the pitch on the gutter and fixed two downspouts but declined to fix the third, he said it was fine, and left it crushed and restricted. Instead of calling them back a fourth time I decided to pay someone else rather than deal with NVP Gutters and More again. NVP Gutters does work for Rhino Roofing as a subcontractor, beware if you are using Rhino Roofing to do your gutters. AVOID NVP GUTTERS AND MORE!!! I have pictures to support my claims.

DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. DO NOT Use This Company if you are a contractor or small business. I had a customer pay an invoice through this Houzz pro site and the did not deliver the payment. I have called to speak to someone for the last 3-4 days and every customer service agent says someone will call you. I have not received a single phone call back from this company.

VERY AGRESSIVE email marketing. I was looking for some stacked stone and came across Houzz. To see anything you have to give them your email address. Once you do you will receive a barrage of never-ending emails from. They can be stopped but plan on spending a block of time trying to find how to do it
