Overall shopping experience Overall, I found the shopping process to be easy and convenient. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the delivery fee of $40 plus to have the product delivered to my door. While I understand the need for delivery charges, I find this fee to be quite steep. As a customer, I'm willing to pay for delivery, but I believe there should be more options available, considering the cost of the product. Additionally, given the expense of the product, having the option for delivery at the curbside is not appreciated I hope you consider this feedback constructively to improve the delivery experience for your customers.

DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. DO NOT Use This Company if you are a contractor or small business. I had a customer pay an invoice through this Houzz pro site and the did not deliver the payment. I have called to speak to someone for the last 3-4 days and every customer service agent says someone will call you. I have not received a single phone call back from this company.

Upping review to 5 stars I am upping my review to five stars (initial review lower) for the excellent customer service experience. The CSR was very patient and worked with me to resolve the issue. We had good communication each day so I knew they did not forget about me. Then, after many emails and proper documentation (yes it was a lot of effort on my part and patience), Houzz customer service came through and SOLVED the problem and got a full refund issued from the original seller.
