GBGood product, decent value, timely delivery! Got our greenhouse and like it enough to order a 2nd! Only downside was when we took the bait for a $25 discount it turns out to only be useful if we ordered 4 more greenhouses, which unfortunately, we don't have space for.

GBOverall shopping experience Overall, I found the shopping process to be easy and convenient. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the delivery fee of $40 plus to have the product delivered to my door. While I understand the need for delivery charges, I find this fee to be quite steep. As a customer, I'm willing to pay for delivery, but I believe there should be more options available, considering the cost of the product. Additionally, given the expense of the product, having the option for delivery at the curbside is not appreciated I hope you consider this feedback constructively to improve the delivery experience for your customers.

GBThey shipped the wrong chandelier to… They shipped the wrong chandelier to me. Took a month to get approval to return it and it cost me $52.00. I’ve now heard from them and they said it was damaged so they can’t return my money. It was absolutely not damaged and was shipped in the original packaging. This was their way of not refunding their mistake. It was Lighting World Decorators that did this but Houzz is who my money went to. It should be their responsibility. I would NEVER recommend them. As far as I’m concerned, it is an unethical fraudulent company. In reply to their comment. After posting this they did refund my original payment but I’m still out $52 for the return shipping that they did not credit.

GBUpping review to 5 stars I am upping my review to five stars (initial review lower) for the excellent customer service experience. The CSR was very patient and worked with me to resolve the issue. We had good communication each day so I knew they did not forget about me. Then, after many emails and proper documentation (yes it was a lot of effort on my part and patience), Houzz customer service came through and SOLVED the problem and got a full refund issued from the original seller.
