However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the delivery fee of $40 plus to have the product delivered to my door. While I understand the need for delivery charges, I find this fee to be quite steep. As a customer, I'm willing to pay for delivery, but I believe there should be more options available, considering the cost of the product. Additionally, given the expense of the product, having the option for delivery at the curbside is not appreciated I hope you consider this feedback constructively to improve the delivery experience for your customers.

I have called to speak to someone for the last 3-4 days and every customer service agent says someone will call you. I have not received a single phone call back from this company.
