Once you do you will receive a barrage of never-ending emails from. They can be stopped but plan on spending a block of time trying to find how to do it

GBGood but needs advanced Delivery Options Not completed yet. Would not let me take delivery to two different locations since one was signature required and the other contactless. When not shipped together there should be option to change delivery on each item especially when large.

GBDO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. DO NOT Use This Company if you are a contractor or small business. I had a customer pay an invoice through this Houzz pro site and the did not deliver the payment. I have called to speak to someone for the last 3-4 days and every customer service agent says someone will call you. I have not received a single phone call back from this company.

GBUpping review to 5 stars I am upping my review to five stars (initial review lower) for the excellent customer service experience. The CSR was very patient and worked with me to resolve the issue. We had good communication each day so I knew they did not forget about me. Then, after many emails and proper documentation (yes it was a lot of effort on my part and patience), Houzz customer service came through and SOLVED the problem and got a full refund issued from the original seller.
