When I contacted Rug Studio about returning the runners,I received immediate and specific instruction. I had two more occasions to call with questions, and each time, three separate staff in all, my questions were handled efficiently and courteously. The return process was simple and I was notified promptly when the returned rugs were received by Rug Studio, and that a refund had been issued. Such polite and effective service is a treat.

Excellent customer service!! What customer service should be! Excellent, caring customer service. I needed certain timing on delivery, & they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. And when the delivery service made an error, they were all over it and made sure that I was satisfied ASAP! They always look for a customer oriented solution! Great company!

They have the best selection and provide a great way to narrow down the options by color, style, etc. And, once that's done and my choices are fairly well narrowed, but I still have questions,they have great representatives who will live chat promptly and thoroughly. In my experience it has always been … In my experience it has always been "fun" to browse through the RugStudio website -- there is always a fascinating variety of items to check out, sometimes almost too many/almost overwhelming (but in a good way!).
