Impressive quick service! I am super impressed with the service! I received my rug so fast- 2 days! I made the purchase online but called to ask a question. An actual human being answered the phone- a courteous, knowledgeable human being! I paid a little more for the rug than it sold for on some other websites but I guess they have to pay the human and that is well worth the extra cost. I would definitely recommend Rug Studio and will order again.

Got a price from that store on a larger rug, knew the price with RugStudio, the store was over a hundred more, so will be purchasing through RugStudio today. Also, the shipping appears to be quick, which I need.
