RugStudio's customer service is… RugStudio's customer service is excellent. I asked a question online and actually got a clear answer from a real person, complete with photos and specs. Rugs aren't easy to buy from a photo alone, so that info made my decision much easier. I have purchased here before and appreciate the store's huge selection and quick delivery.

I recently ordered a rug from the Rug Studio I recently ordered a rug from Rug Studio. I had a problem, and was a bit irritated, but their customer service associate, Anne, took care of me in the most thoughtful and compassionate way. She made me feel more comfortable working with the Rug Studio, and I will say I did not have to wait forever on hold to speak with a representative. The Rug Studio has a great selection and are well priced. I am a design professional, so I know value and selection well.

Impeccable customer service! It's not often a company's customer service is so helpful, kind, responsive, and actually follows through with something they say they will do so quickly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend the Rug Studio more and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Very good selection and filter Compared to other online rug sites, Rug Studio has a very good selection and an easy to use filter. However the filter made me miss the perfect rug! (I found it anyway by specifying a brand I found on another website...) I can't say anything about Rug Studio's sales and service because I haven't ordered yet. I do plan to order several rugs from Rug Studio.

Impressive quick service! I am super impressed with the service! I received my rug so fast- 2 days! I made the purchase online but called to ask a question. An actual human being answered the phone- a courteous, knowledgeable human being! I paid a little more for the rug than it sold for on some other websites but I guess they have to pay the human and that is well worth the extra cost. I would definitely recommend Rug Studio and will order again.
