I had a problem, and was a bit irritated, but their customer service associate, Anne, took care of me in the most thoughtful and compassionate way. She made me feel more comfortable working with the Rug Studio, and I will say I did not have to wait forever on hold to speak with a representative. The Rug Studio has a great selection and are well priced. I am a design professional, so I know value and selection well.

During this recent pandemic During this recent pandemic, I decided to buy a rug from Rug Studio. They were fully staffed to swiftly take my order, to take my money, and to deliver my rug within days. However, they delivered a poor quality and sub-standard that was returned within two days. Problem is that it is 3 weeks and my money is still with them... they say it is "due to Covid". How ironic that Covid only impacted Rug Studio's ability to return my money! Stay away from Rug Studio!

From customer service to the design… From customer service to the design expert RugStudio was exceptional with service and design advise. I can not say enough about how the process of ordering was excellent my customer service rep even offered to check stock to give me an idea of how long I may have to wait for delivery. I would order again and needless to say the rug I received was delivered by fedex in perfect condition but what is even more exciting is just how drop dead gorgeous this area rug is.... everyone I had contact with at RugStudio gets an A+++++. I would order from this team again!!!!

Great experience all around. I had a great experience with RugStudio.com. The swatches that I ordered arrived promptly and the quality of the rugs was excellent. When a lower price came up on a competitor's website, I sent a quick note via the chat function to a customer service representative asking if RugStudio could match the price, and she responded almost immediately that they could and even threw in a rug pad for free!! In fact, every question I sent via email was answered promptly and completely, even on the weekend. I am very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality rug.

I ordered two runners for a bedroom I ordered two runners for a bedroom. Online, the color looked right, but didn't in fact work well with the other colors in the intended location. When I contacted Rug Studio about returning the runners,I received immediate and specific instruction. I had two more occasions to call with questions, and each time, three separate staff in all, my questions were handled efficiently and courteously. The return process was simple and I was notified promptly when the returned rugs were received by Rug Studio, and that a refund had been issued. Such polite and effective service is a treat.
