Great experience ordering a West Elm table! My experience ordering a West Elm table from Lazy Suzy was great. I have never heard of this vendor before, but they showed up when I went price shopping after some sticker shock seeing West Elm’s $200 shipping fee for a table I wanted. Lazy Suzy offered it for the same price (including the limited time discount code) and for only $99 shipping. Suddenly the deal made sense. Took about four weeks to get the table, but contracting third party shippers can take time. I’d order from them again in a heartbeat.

Really want to give a 5 star rating. Timely delivery, updates on progress. Beautiful product. Good customer service. I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating but I can't because of the enormous amount of bubble wrap. (Especially w/ chair #2 which arrived first) Very environmentally unfriendly, and a burden to deal with. They are plastic chairs that fit in the box. Just a little protection around the edges should suffice.

Excellent Product and Service The purl rotating side table arrived in great shape and it has arrived earlier than expected.👍 I will definitely order more products from LazySuzy because of their great customer service and I was well informed of the arrival of my order. An Amazing Experience with a Great Team! Great customer service, very responsive and helpful. The tables I originally wanted were no longer available after I ordered them. Communication is key The fact there was communication about what was going on. I get that in these times things don't always go as planned. But nothing is worse than when there is bad or no communication. I just wanted honest communication and feel like I got it. Kudos to LazySuzy for being able to do that.
