GBCommunication is key The fact there was communication about what was going on. I get that in these times things don't always go as planned. But nothing is worse than when there is bad or no communication. I just wanted honest communication and feel like I got it. Kudos to LazySuzy for being able to do that.

GBGood Customer Service We received a West Elm chair from LazySuzy. There was a hiccup on the delivery date, but the CEO reached out to us and made everything right. He was responsive and professional in solving the matter, so good customer service, and we love the chair!

GBI couldn't be happier with this… I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I bought a CB2 couch 2 years ago, I decided recently to buy the matching couch and was upset to learn CB2 is sold out out them and won't be stocking them any longer. I found the same couch on Seededhome.com. I'll be honest, I thought it was a scam, but was desperate for this couch, so I gave it a shot. So glad I did! I received an email right after purchasing, stating it should be delivered within two weeks and it was! It would have been nice to have a phone number or email address to call, but the "live chat" did help. Couch was as described and delivered very quickly. I would highly recommend this website!

GB5/5 stars, will order from Seeded again. 5/5 stars, will order from Seeded again. I was originally hesitant to use Seeded since I had never heard of them. Luckily I saw the positive reviews on Trustpilot and decided to take a chance. I am very happy I did. We purchased a West Elm table we had been eyeing for a while. It went on sale for President's Day and the price on Seeded matched what West Elm was charging, but with a significantly lower shipping cost. I pulled the trigger and ordered the table, which was then delivered by West Elm promptly the next week (assembly included). Totally smooth transaction the entire way through.

GBUPDATE TO DAMAGED MERCHANDISE ISSUE UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: Lazy Suzy came through with excellent customer service. My Ida West Elm media console arrived damaged with a big hole in one of the doors. Lazy Suzy contacted West Elm and arranged for the old console to be picked up and a replacement piece to be delivered. Jenn, our customer service rep, was very responsive, concerned about making us happy, and super helpful. Due to issues at West Elm, not LazySuzy, the new console was slow to arrive. Jenn kept me updated through the process and made sure we did finally receive a perfect console. She even checked in after it came to make sure there were no further issues. Highly recommend LazySuzy - their customer service could not be better at a time when supply chain issues are everywhere.
