Will ALWAYS order from Mountain Crest, and always recommended I accidentally ordered one plant that I didn't mean to, it timely responded to, cancelled, and refunded prior to shipment. One that I received didn't look it's best. They promptly offered to replace (if available), refund, or credit + 10%. This is the first order after setting up an account with Mountain Crest, but I've placed many orders prior to this. This is the first time I've had to contact them for any reason and am completely satisfied and will continue ordering from them often. Definitely my favorite place to go for my succulents and cacti!!! 💗💗💗

100 stars!! Plants arrived super fast and packed with care! The cold weather is still fluctuating so I’ve been hesitant to order plants through the mail until the spring, but mountain crest made it so easy to offer a heat pack and great information on how to tell if you need one or not! It made the experience so much more pleasant (it’s always a joy ordering from them anyway!). The plants arrived in perfect condition and they’re so beautiful and my SOPs are gorgeously variegated! They have outdone themselves once again. If I could rate 100 stars I would.

Plants all came well packaged and super… Plants all came well packaged and super healthy! I even received a few that were flowering, which is super exciting. The intro packet that comes with the order is also super helpful - love the plant roadmap on the last page, and all the little tips included throughout for repotting, propagating, etc.

Thanks! As always, I was pleased with the plants I received & the quick shipping. I was really excited to see a refund had been credited to my order. I had question a 10% discount & it was explained to me that it did not include sale items. I was bummed & felt it should have been stated in the booklet with the discount information, but could understand their policy. Thanks MCG for valuing your customers. I appreciate that!

The plants were packed well and arrived quickly and in good condition. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mountain Crest Gardens. I can't wait to order more plants from them! I only wish they offered free shipping on all orders. If they did, I probably would have placed another order already. Love their YouTube channel as well!
