Excellent Service We ordered a Love Seat from MMFurniture. It was a few weeks before it was ready for delivery. We were going on vacation and MMFurniture accommodated that and postponed the delivery without issues. They came in on time and took the love seat up to the 2nd floor (it was for our bedroom sitting area). They installed it properly and took away all the packaging material. The love seat looks great and works well. It has been a long time since we had a great experience with furniture delivery. Would definitely recommend MMFurniture and will look to them for purchasing more items in the future.

Great online store -- amazing service I found Rugs HQ on a google search. They had the best price on the rug I was looking to purchase -- 40% less than the competition! I called the customer service number to confirm the listing was accurate. It felt too good to be true, but the price and item were exactly what I was searching for. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable and even found me a discount code that was not on the website. I am looking forward to receiving my purchase.

Great site, great choices, great prices! I was looking for a specific rug and I found the best price on this site. And they also offered free shipping and other discounts! I can't wait to see my rug in person! Update- I just received an email canceling my order saying that the rug is no longer available. This information should have been available prior to my purchase, and the rug shouldn't have been available for purchase online. My advice is to bypass online ordering and call directly so you won't be heartbroken about not getting your rug like I am!

Great Experience So Far! Though I have not yet received my rug, my experience thus far has been terrific. I found a rug at RugsHQ that I have been wanting for a couple months now and has either been out of stock or seemed priced too high everywhere else I searched. I found my rug here for about $35 less than other websites and then received another $25.00 off for "liking" on Facebook. Very pleased so far!

Fabulous customer service I found the rug pattern I wanted on your website but it was not shown in the runner size that I needed. I was on live chat with a representative who said he could order it in the right size and determined how I could place my order with a different size and quantity and he would flag it and make sure he ordered the right size and quantity. The price was amazing too and he gave me a coupon code to get the best price. I heartily recommend this company.
