Fast, Easy, Competitive Price & Free Shipping! Will update on delivery, but purchase experience was as advertised in title. Redirected here by Amazon, had rug I wanted (out of stock elsewhere) in my shopping cart with free pad and ordered in five minutes. Now comes the acid test: is the advertised item actually in stock, and is the free shipping really fast? I don't know that yet, but stay tuned: I will be back to update this review when I find out! Four stars may go to five, or drop to two--and the suspense is killing me!

Best Customer Service + Best Price RugsHQ.com has the best customer service (hands down) of any rug company I've worked with. After having issues with other companies, Arthur personally oversaw my order to ensure the correct rug was sent. When I had a follow up question, Arthur actually remembered me and my order, and was quick to respond. In addition, RugsHQ.com had the lowest price for the rug I ordered. Best customer service + best price = RugsHQ.com is my go-to source for all future rugs.

great deals They have a great selection of rugs. I ordered one for my family room, 9x13 size. Nice bonus is shipping is included in price. Prices are very reasonable from my comparison shopping.

Easy to use, great prices Only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because I haven't seen the actually product yet. They were one of 3 places that have the specific rug i was looking for, and they have it for just over 1/3 of the price that i found it elsewhere. They have great prices, easy to navigate and use website and payment system, AND they surprised me with a rug mat, which technically they paid a penny for me to take! I'm impressed so far. As long as the rug is of good quality, I'll use them again and highly recommend them to my friends.

Wide selection and super easy transactions! After endless research on area rugs for the living room in our new house, I happened upon RugsHQ.com. I'm so glad I did! There were so many wool options -even for my specific color scheme of grey and yellow - and the transaction experience could not have been more easy and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone lookin for rugs - they are truly diamonds in the rough!
