Prices can't be beat but service needs improvement Their prices are fantastic, but it took them nearly two weeks to acknowledge our order and contact us about shipping (we ordered the white glove delivery). Otherwise, the process went smoothly. Would use again if I wasn't in a rush to receive my items.

Great Experience So Far! Though I have not yet received my rug, my experience thus far has been terrific. I found a rug at RugsHQ that I have been wanting for a couple months now and has either been out of stock or seemed priced too high everywhere else I searched. I found my rug here for about $35 less than other websites and then received another $25.00 off for "liking" on Facebook. Very pleased so far!
