Great Price for a Beautiful Rug I found this website using Google Shop. I searched the rug I wanted and RugsHQ.com had the lowest price, and they had good reviews. I proceeded to the website and found my rug with a bonus discount code of 15% off the already low price plus a free rug pad. Can't beat that! I used the chat feature to ask about multiple tenders for payment which they do not do, however it was easy to get a customer service representative to help. They were courteous and helpful. I just placed my order so I cannot speak to quality of product but I had a good experience with finding product, product price, and order placement. I also appreciated that Paypal was accepted.

I'm happy to have found them as i was searching for a company that made these rugs more affordable. Arthur at Customer service answered all my questions patiently. Redirected here by Amazon, had rug I wanted (out of stock elsewhere) in my shopping cart with free pad and ordered in five minutes. Now comes the acid test: is the advertised item actually in stock, and is the free shipping really fast? I don't know that yet, but stay tuned: I will be back to update this review when I find out! Great prices on rugs I am reviewing Rugs HQ after purchasing a rug from their site. Their prices are much lower than competitors and they offer great discounts on top of that. At this time, I am giving a 4 star review rather than a 5 star review only because it is too early for me to have received my order and I can't comment on shipping or product quality on arrival. This review is in exchange for a discount on my order. Based on price and the website shopping experience alone, this is a 5 star review. I hope that after I receive my shipment I will continue to be this satisfied. If so, I will be a repeat customer.

Easy to use, great prices Only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because I haven't seen the actually product yet. They were one of 3 places that have the specific rug i was looking for, and they have it for just over 1/3 of the price that i found it elsewhere. They have great prices, easy to navigate and use website and payment system, AND they surprised me with a rug mat, which technically they paid a penny for me to take! I'm impressed so far. As long as the rug is of good quality, I'll use them again and highly recommend them to my friends.
