GBBetter deal online than from sales associate. I ordered a table online and then got an email stating it was out of stock. The sales associate offered some alternatives. I explained the dimensions I was looking for and she said they had nothing else to offer. I found an alternative on my own and she quoted me the full retail price despite a current sale that this item was eligible for. I explained that it should be discounted but she needed to doublecheck before getting back to me. Meanwhile, weeks had passed since my initial out-of-stock purchase and I still didn’t have my credit card refunded for over $2K! I was finally told that she would give me the sale price plus shipping on the replacement table. I declined to proceed as I didn’t feel comfortable with a second transaction before I had received a refund on my first purchase. The next day I received my refund and went back to look at the same table. Now it was priced even lower than she had quoted me with the sale. Seems like their sales associates are playing games.
