Everything went smooth Everything went smooth. The delivery was quick. I had two things that upset me. I bought 3 candles to sit together and 2 have the same color yellowish flame while the one have a very white flame. I don't have them sitting together. Also when taking one candle out of the box, the outside coating of the whole candle slipped off, luckily it was able to slip right back on.

A couple of hours after I placed my order, I received a notification of shipment. Talk about speedy service. Soon after, I received a personal email from customer service thanking me for my order. My order arrived in four days. The candles are just beautiful! This was my first time buying Luminara candles and I am more than happy to have ordered from The Flameless Candle Shop.

Beautiful red 7" pillar flameless… Beautiful red 7" pillar flameless flicker candles that work perfectly with the remote and look gorgeous on the lower fireplace. They are displayed on extra tall silver candle sticks which are placed next to a dragon. A little pricey but I love them.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Order candles online?? LOOK NO FURTHER! Bought over $500 of the OUTDOOR, flameless, Luminara candles to decorate our new patio. Customer service was fantastic, I even received a follow up email thanking me for my online purchase! Shipping was fast and items were packaged nicely, even included bubble wrap to protect my items. UPS required a signature so I was assured “porch thieves” wouldn’t be enjoying a candle light dinner on me! LOL Highly recommend using this company, it was my first time ordering from them and I will most definitely be a return customer. Oh...and did I mention that after many computer searches...they also had the best price! Ordering online....this is your company!

Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. I have emailed them 2x regarding my order but no response over several days. They say they shipped the products but UPS tracking says that tracking will update once they receive the package to deliver. So, they clearly just made a label and have yet to get the product out within the same or next day from order PER their shipping policy. Stay away.
