Outstanding Service! I ordered a Liminara candle and it arrived - within days! Unfortunately, the color and size didn't work in my home, so I returned it - and received a refund within days! With both transactions Flameless Candle Shop kept in constant contact with me, so I knew exactly what was happening - and when - with my order and return. Excellent customer service!

Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. I have emailed them 2x regarding my order but no response over several days. They say they shipped the products but UPS tracking says that tracking will update once they receive the package to deliver. So, they clearly just made a label and have yet to get the product out within the same or next day from order PER their shipping policy. Stay away.

Beautiful red 7" pillar flameless… Beautiful red 7" pillar flameless flicker candles that work perfectly with the remote and look gorgeous on the lower fireplace. They are displayed on extra tall silver candle sticks which are placed next to a dragon. A little pricey but I love them.

Very overpriced This seems to be the only place I can purchase scent cartridges for my luminaria candle. I bought it originally on QVC and it came with three refills. I never would have bought it if I knew that each refill is $10 plus shipping. Outrageous price for a packet of gel. Never again!
