Love the outdoor candles! I had been looking online for outdoor flameless candles since I live in hot South Carolina and all my real candles would melt down in the heat. I came across this online shop, and I’m so glad I found exactly what I wanted. The Luminara candles are perfect for my outdoor lanterns that I have on my porch. I ordered 3 candles and they even sent me a free remote to go with them. They shipped very quickly too! I’ll definitely order more from this shop.

Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. I have emailed them 2x regarding my order but no response over several days. They say they shipped the products but UPS tracking says that tracking will update once they receive the package to deliver. So, they clearly just made a label and have yet to get the product out within the same or next day from order PER their shipping policy. Stay away.

UPDATE defective candles I ordered a pair of luminara candles sticks. They dont work! They stay on for 5 minutes then go out. Not the batteries or the timer! Update: In response to this review , The Flameless Candle Shop refunded my defective order without me even sending the candle back! Very good customer service. I'm impressed!

I was looking for a gray flameless… I was looking for a gray flameless candle (not an easy color to find) and I wanted Luminara (expensive, but they are a great candle). I came across The Flameless Candle Shop and found exactly what I wanted. The price and shipping rate were fantastic. Came within days of ordering (packed with care). I am so enjoying my new candle!
