Had exactly what I needed I was so excited to find the luminara fragrance pods. The price and selection is better than other sites I had visited. I also had some questions and they were answered promptly. I would recommend buying all luminara candles from you.

UPDATE defective candles I ordered a pair of luminara candles sticks. They dont work! They stay on for 5 minutes then go out. Not the batteries or the timer! Update: In response to this review , The Flameless Candle Shop refunded my defective order without me even sending the candle back! Very good customer service. I'm impressed!

Great customer service Great customer service. Although they don't normally ship to Canada, they instantly said they would. Shipping was fast, simple process. Candle is beautiful but I would expect nothing less from a Luminara.

Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. I have emailed them 2x regarding my order but no response over several days. They say they shipped the products but UPS tracking says that tracking will update once they receive the package to deliver. So, they clearly just made a label and have yet to get the product out within the same or next day from order PER their shipping policy. Stay away.

love the flame less candles!! This my first time ordering from this company! Very fast delivery! Love my outdoor luminar battery candles! And the pricing was good too! Would definetly order from them again in the future!
