water repelling wears off after washing At first I loved my new couches, but after living with them for over 9 months I wish I hadn't bought them. I purchased this couch because I really wanted white couches but I have three small children and I was concerned about staining. Ultimately, I decided to buy because of all the good reviews and videos of the couches resisting all types of liquids. Fast forward 9 months and after washing my covers several times on cold with mild detergent, all of the "water repelling" features have completely disappeared. Now when something is accidentally spilled, it soaks right into the fabric and the fabric does not perform well against stains. My entire couch looks stained, dirty, and rather gross. Far from what I wanted! Of course this company does not warranty their covers or fabrics. I'd gladly take my money back because the only reason I bought this couch - the liquid stain resistance - literally went down the drain.

Everything we were looking for in a couch 7th avenue had everything I was looking for in a couch! We have 3 dogs and o needed something that would be easy to keep clean. We bought the oatmeal beige and it’s the perfect neutral for our space. We received our couch around 8-10 weeks after ordering and it’s so comfortable!! The fabric isn’t as soft as other fabrics on the market but it’s not stiff like outdoor fabric either. It’s very durable and easy to keep clean. The covers were pretty wrinkled upon arrival but my hand held steamer worked great to get them wrinkle free. We added extra stuffing to the back cushions but have plenty leftover. Everything connected together seamlessly. We’ll most likely be ordering an armless piece to add to extend onto our ottoman side at some point. My only hesitation in purchasing this couch was the low back. You can’t even tell as the back cushions are very full. Overall, this has been the best couch purchase we’ve ever made!!! And our dogs think we purchased a couch for them as we’d previously gone about 10 months without a couch due to home renovations. It’s nice to cozy up in it after working all day!

Returned couch with no problems I ordered this couch because we have dogs and I wanted something that was easy to keep clean. I’ve been look for a specific couch for a few years and this was honestly everything I didn’t want in a couch. I have a bohemian style of decor in my home and I thought I would make this couch work. When I received it I instantly knew it was not going to work. I was so disappointed! But the company was so incredibly understanding and gave me no problems at all in returning the couch. They covered the cost of shipping it back and refunded my money in less than 2 weeks. So although the couch isn’t my style the company is absolutely 5 star to work with. I wish more companies were this easy to work with.

NEW EXCEPTIONAL COUCH I went to the LA showroom and was treated exceptionally and the experience was great. The turnaround time was much faster than anticipated and the set up service was flawless. I highly recommend this company and am thrilled with my new couch!!!

Highly Recommended / Great Product & Service Alex and Ray could not have been more professional, kind, helpful, and efficient. They gave us a heads-up to when they would be coming to deliver the couch days in advance, followed up day-of and were right on time. They helped us move some furniture around, got the sofa built quicker than I could imagine, cleaned up, and were gone....but... ... the real testament to how fantastic Alex and Ray are is that they came back 10 minutes after they had already left to help us when we realized we needed to move the chaise to the opposite side of the couch a move another sofa to storage. Thank you Alex and Ray for being such great people and professionals! Great experience. It is comfortable, looks beautiful, and we can not recommend 7th Ave highly enough.
