Highly Recommended / Great Product & Service Alex and Ray could not have been more professional, kind, helpful, and efficient. They gave us a heads-up to when they would be coming to deliver the couch days in advance, followed up day-of and were right on time. They helped us move some furniture around, got the sofa built quicker than I could imagine, cleaned up, and were gone....but... ... the real testament to how fantastic Alex and Ray are is that they came back 10 minutes after they had already left to help us when we realized we needed to move the chaise to the opposite side of the couch a move another sofa to storage. Thank you Alex and Ray for being such great people and professionals! Great experience. It is comfortable, looks beautiful, and we can not recommend 7th Ave highly enough.

Fabric disappointing We really like the comfort and modularity of the couch, but are disappointed by the fabric. Ordered the performance white because we have 2 dogs and 3 young kids in the house. Had the couch for less than 6 months and stains/dirt do not completely come out in the washing machine and fabric is piling. Would likely purchase again but definitely pick a different fabric.

Not worth the value Super disappointed in the sofa and regret the purchase. I love the look and style of the sofa but for 8k, the quality is NOT there. The fabric feels cheap. I have had to steam iron the sofa multiple times because it gets extremely wrinkled every time you sit on it (like a pair of linen pants) The cushions get visibly lumpy and are uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The latch system for the modular pieces is terrible and can be challenging to line up and screw in. The material ripped the first time I tried it. I have had sofas from room and board/ crate and barrell and RH at similar or less price points and the quality was SO much better. I really wanted to love this sofa but three months in and I wish I would have returned it.

NEW EXCEPTIONAL COUCH I went to the LA showroom and was treated exceptionally and the experience was great. The turnaround time was much faster than anticipated and the set up service was flawless. I highly recommend this company and am thrilled with my new couch!!!
