NEW EXCEPTIONAL COUCH I went to the LA showroom and was treated exceptionally and the experience was great. The turnaround time was much faster than anticipated and the set up service was flawless. I highly recommend this company and am thrilled with my new couch!!!

Fabric disappointing We really like the comfort and modularity of the couch, but are disappointed by the fabric. Ordered the performance white because we have 2 dogs and 3 young kids in the house. Had the couch for less than 6 months and stains/dirt do not completely come out in the washing machine and fabric is piling. Would likely purchase again but definitely pick a different fabric.

Highly recommend 7th Avenue Couch Shay and Patricia were so great and helpful throughout the decision making and purchase of our couch! We just bought a new home and I’d been looking at a lot of different modular and stain resistant furniture brands. I really liked the look of and material of 7th avenue couches. We did a virtual showing with Patricia who was really pleasant to talk to and she answered a lot of our questions. We ordered the standard / classic 4-Seat Modular Chaise Sectional. It wasn’t hard to put together after you figure out the first chair section. We realized after a few days we regretted not getting the deeper seats and I reached back out to Patricia, who made the exchange process so fast and efficient! Shay assisted us with the return of the standard / classic seat cushions. Other than how comfortable the couch is and how durable it is with our two little dogs, Patricia and Shay are a big reason why I would buy more pieces from 7th avenue in the future and will recommend to friends.

Highly Recommended / Great Product & Service Alex and Ray could not have been more professional, kind, helpful, and efficient. They gave us a heads-up to when they would be coming to deliver the couch days in advance, followed up day-of and were right on time. They helped us move some furniture around, got the sofa built quicker than I could imagine, cleaned up, and were gone....but... ... the real testament to how fantastic Alex and Ray are is that they came back 10 minutes after they had already left to help us when we realized we needed to move the chaise to the opposite side of the couch a move another sofa to storage. Thank you Alex and Ray for being such great people and professionals! Great experience. It is comfortable, looks beautiful, and we can not recommend 7th Ave highly enough.
