Easy ordering Just ordered a table; very easy to use website and ordering system. Can’t wait to receive this beautiful dining table for our home! One feature I would add (to the ordering site) is that if something is out of stock, that you allow the customer to order it anyway, with a disclaimer saying it’s on back ordering and subject to cancellation. I think some people might want to take a chance and wait for an item they love knowing there is a chance the order could take longer to fill or be cancelled.

The table is a 5 star quality The table is a 5 star quality. However the window for it to be delivered has alot to be desired. I had to wait 5hrs and 45 minutes for the delivery. So when odering be remindful of this because it can be frustrating. Also the communication from the delivery company needs to be improved.

Awful It is now mid February and my table was supposed to be here by last Thanksgiving. I was told it was delayed 2-3 weeks making it delivered by Christmas. I still don’t have my table and there hasn’t been any change in my order status or tracking. They sure didn’t delay taking my money as a deposit.

Love the table / delivery and wait time was rough Love the table itself. It’s beautiful. Sadly- the wait was so much longer than anticipated and with long periods of no communication, I was worried the website was a scam after my final payment was submitted and not tracking info was provided for several weeks - so I was relieved when it arrived. Table delivery service did not unpack item or bring inside, even though the delivery slip said CEVA White Glove Assembly - just left by front door. It was SO much heavier than expected. Took three adults to move it inside. I would guess delivery service didn’t follow through with bringing item inside because they only sent one person and it was too heavy for a single person to safely lift.
