Love the table Love the table! Definitely a quality piece of furniture. Darci’s communication was excellent - even reminding me to request shipment, as I was delaying delivery until my new home was finished. Delivery and assembly was very good as well! I was a little concerned about ordering some thing from the Internet site unseen, but I am very happy with my purchase.

Love my table After getting burned by another online company, I found The Table Company after extensive google searching. I emailed for wood samples which arrived very quickly. There was an issue where the delivery company only sent one person to deliver the table, which needed to be carried up the stairs, which The Table Company could not be held responsible for. From ordering to receipt and after receipt of the table I was in direct communication which set me at ease. The best part was the table was amazing and much better quality than large retailers like West Elm, Pottery Barn, etc.

Awful It is now mid February and my table was supposed to be here by last Thanksgiving. I was told it was delayed 2-3 weeks making it delivered by Christmas. I still don’t have my table and there hasn’t been any change in my order status or tracking. They sure didn’t delay taking my money as a deposit.

Super fast response and helpful information I sent an inquiry on a Sunday night and Darci responded within the hour--that counts as above and beyond in my book! Her advice info was very clear and helpful. She followed up on Monday, unsolicited, with additional helpful info. Much appreciated!
