Non-existent customer service As it seems, this really isn’t a “small company” it’s a profitable scam of selling thousand plus dollar daybeds to wealthy people. They have expanded quickly and avail in many stores/ high-end retail. If you an ‘ average’ consumer or actually working class, they won’t be bothered to help you or return calls or messages. They should have stuck to selling to resorts. Just to set your expectations early, they don’t care about you. They are happy to take your $2000.00 and never contact you or help you. Unless you’re wealthy with money to burn, buyer- be aware of what you’re really dealing with. They aren’t a small Company that cares. They just want you to believe that.

Relaxing Loving our TiiPii Bed. It’s the most relaxing & calming experience. I have been spending quite a bit of time floating in it. We got the bed, stand & poncho cover. All very well made & I think it’s been a very good investment. Also ordered it & it was delivered within 3 days, so super fast!

Add bright cushions in the summer, sunshine & glass of champagne to chill & relax, add lights for the evening for a romantic setting. I am So lucky that mine is on my roof garden & perfect for those hot summer months & evening.

Love my Tiipii! Love my Tiipii! I purchased my Tiipii from Cuckooland and I absolutely love it. After reading a review were someone had difficulty putting their bed together I was a little worried, however, I'm a middle aged woman and I put mine together, complete with stand in around 30 minutes after finishing a heavy night shift at the Hospital! I love it, it's such a peaceful place.A great way to relax rest and recharge. It is expensive as a complete kit but it has truly helped me to step off a stressful world. It is well made, there is plenty tension in the base, so very little sagging. The material is strong and has a quality feel about it. The maximum weight it can take is 40 stone...so very sturdy. It is absolutely mine and the dogs favourite space
