GBTiipii Classic DayBed Set ( Large) Purchased Tiipii Classic Bed Set which included, Bed, Net, White Stand & Poncho... arrived just three days later. Positives are that the bed overall look is fabulous, looks great in the garden, extremely stylish. Negatives so far are that the Poncho was not delivered with the rest of the items and I’ve received no notification from Tiipii as to when I can expect to receive it. The white power coated metal Stand does have some discolouration and marking especially on the Crown Area. So all in all it looks great but close up not so great for the price paid.

INLoving our new TiiPii Bed We've had our bed for about 3 years now and it is still in top shape. We got the waterproof one and bring it with us to the beach and for family picnics!

GBNon-existent customer service As it seems, this really isn’t a “small company” it’s a profitable scam of selling thousand plus dollar daybeds to wealthy people. They have expanded quickly and avail in many stores/ high-end retail. If you an ‘ average’ consumer or actually working class, they won’t be bothered to help you or return calls or messages. They should have stuck to selling to resorts. Just to set your expectations early, they don’t care about you. They are happy to take your $2000.00 and never contact you or help you. Unless you’re wealthy with money to burn, buyer- be aware of what you’re really dealing with. They aren’t a small Company that cares. They just want you to believe that.
