Ivan, their professional installer for over 25 years, did a fantastic job measuring and installing an intricate runner up and down two sets of stairs with a landing with many twists and turns. Great job - truly professional! The installers arrived exactly on time to replace the runner on my stairs. They carefully protected our floors from their wet shoes. They answered any questions that I had with patience and accuracy. They removed the old carpeting quickly but carefully and took away all the debris. The installation of the new padding and carpeting was done meticulously. Everything was cleaned up and left exactly as they had found it. GREAT JOB!
