Sam provided personal, exceptional customer service. We were on a budget to carpet our newly renovated basement and small family room. We were able to purchase 2 quality remnants which were affordably priced and the service was 5 star! The owner came personally to take measurements and the installers arrived on time and worked courteously and quickly. It was a superb experience from start to finish.

Ivan, their professional installer for over 25 years, did a fantastic job measuring and installing an intricate runner up and down two sets of stairs with a landing with many twists and turns.
