Ivan, their professional installer for over 25 years, did a fantastic job measuring and installing an intricate runner up and down two sets of stairs with a landing with many twists and turns. We were able to purchase 2 quality remnants which were affordably priced and the service was 5 star! The owner came personally to take measurements and the installers arrived on time and worked courteously and quickly. It was a superb experience from start to finish.

Sam walked me through the hundreds of different options, helping me select the perfect choice. The process from start to finish was seamless, and everyone in the store couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Shopping during Covid can be tricky/nerve-wracking, but the owners put plenty of safety protocols in place and I felt comfortable throughout the shopping experience.
