Poor in store service The salesman was rude and unhelpful. Another lady saw it and came to help.

Great job - truly professional! The installers arrived exactly on time to replace the runner on my stairs. They carefully protected our floors from their wet shoes. They answered any questions that I had with patience and accuracy. They removed the old carpeting quickly but carefully and took away all the debris. The installation of the new padding and carpeting was done meticulously. Everything was cleaned up and left exactly as they had found it. GREAT JOB!

We were able to purchase 2 quality remnants which were affordably priced and the service was 5 star! The owner came personally to take measurements and the installers arrived on time and worked courteously and quickly. It was a superb experience from start to finish.
