GBCustomer service? That is what G. Fried is all about. New carpeting was something I had been wanting for a long time. I walked into their Paramus store to window shop, and left with a contract to install new carpeting. I live in a one bedroom co-op so I didn't need to cover huge square footage. G. Fried had remnants of high quality carpet to meet my needs. The service was professional and they never made me feel as if I was just another customer. The installers were very competent and personable. I am very happy with results.

GBWalking on Air! We just love our new Fabrica carpeting from G. Fried. They carpeted our central staircase a few weeks ago, and the carpeting is absolutely beautiful. The installer, Eric Vandenbergh, did a superb job on a very difficult installation with 24 open stairs and two landings. Our salesperson, Gary Pietrowicz, spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and he couldn't have been better. All around, working with G. Fried was a wonderful experience. I would recommend them highly to family and friends!

GBHORRIBLE!!!! Chris from G. Fried called to set up installation of my carpeting. I was told the installers would arrive at approx. 11 A.M. At 1P.M I called Chris to see where the installers were. He told me they would arrive soon. At 3P.M. still no installers, so I called Chris for the third time and he said there on the way. LOL they finally arrived at 4:30P.M. and installed one small bedroom of carpet and the installer said they would return the next day some time in the late afternoon to do more work. I called Chris and told him I needed the men to come earlier do to the fact I had 2 more large rooms to be carpeted and stairs to be done which takes a lot of time. He assured me the installers would arrive at 10A.M. Surprise! At 12P.M.still no installers so I called my salesmen this time who was great with the sale(Roy) and he called me right back and assured me the installers would be there at 1P.M. and they did arrive at that time but did not seem to happy because they had to skip a job to come to do mine. Imagine if I did not call, they would have come by me in the late afternoon and not have finished the job. Not impressed at all with the way things went so BE CAREFUL using G. FRIED CARPET!!!!!

GBInstallation of carpet in our den Installation generally went well. We found some damage on leather sofa that had to be removed from room during installation. Fried promptly had a leather furniture repair person come to our home and he fixed two problems to our satisfaction. Back office at G. Fried very tuned in to this problem and resolved it quickly.
