Customer service? That is what G. Fried is all about. New carpeting was something I had been wanting for a long time. I walked into their Paramus store to window shop, and left with a contract to install new carpeting. I live in a one bedroom co-op so I didn't need to cover huge square footage. G. Fried had remnants of high quality carpet to meet my needs. The service was professional and they never made me feel as if I was just another customer. The installers were very competent and personable. I am very happy with results.

We have used GFried for carpet and… We have used GFried for carpet and recently had our floors done in our home. The floors are beautiful and easy to maintain. The store is gorgeous and the salespeople friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t go anywhere else for your flooring needs.

Poor in store service The salesman was rude and unhelpful. Another lady saw it and came to help.

Sam provided personal, exceptional customer service. We were on a budget to carpet our newly renovated basement and small family room. We were able to purchase 2 quality remnants which were affordably priced and the service was 5 star! The owner came personally to take measurements and the installers arrived on time and worked courteously and quickly. It was a superb experience from start to finish.
