I love the Home Visualizer, You can get lost for hours looking at what wood flooring samples will look like in your home. Extremely helpful customer service This was like ordering through a concierge for floors. Floors are so expensive locally that these prices seemed too good to be true. They weren't we go 1900 sq/ft of LVP shipped to our front door in amazing condition. Jeremy on the customer support end was so efficient and helpful. Can't recommend this team enough

Product I ordered was out of stock… Product I ordered was out of stock after placing my order. They were very good about keeping me informed on status of order and were very quick to respond to questions I had for them. The price was great and I was able to go to local warehouse to pick up flooring so shipping was free. I highly recommend Gohardwoods and will certainly use them again if I'm in market for flooring.

Customer service lacking The product that arrived did not match our order, so we rejected the shipment. Customer service was terrible and told us that we would be paying for the cost of shipment to us and also back, along with a restocking fee. We have tried calling. And talking to multiple people to see what could be done and no one will return our calls or they are always busy or out of the office conveniently when we call to follow up. Had our customer service experience been different, we would have been okay with reordering. We will never use this company again.

Great quality of hardwood floor also… Great quality of hardwood floor also price is good. Me and my wife we ordered 1100 sf. 8" wide planks engineering floor. Installed bymyself.recommend bostic glue. That glue holds pretty well. I glue down and stapled with flooring gun to new plywood subfloor. Before I chosen my floor I went to few different stores with floor ( floor decor, lumber liquidator; lowes and homedepot) also get some samples from those stores and other websites. So far gohardwood.com gave me the best deal and quality. I been in construction business for many years and I like to put good staff in my house because everything I do I do it bymyself. Highly recommend to everyone who trying to find good deal on market looking for floor.
