This was a great purchase This was a great purchase. It was my first time ordering such a large shipment just from website photos. But, the product was exactly as pictured upon delivery. The shipment ran into a few delays. But, the staff were helpful and polite throughout. The delivery to my home was also difficult, just in terms of getting several hundred pounds of material into my garage. But the delivery person worked very hard to get the job done. Much thanks to his effort!

Customer service lacking The product that arrived did not match our order, so we rejected the shipment. Customer service was terrible and told us that we would be paying for the cost of shipment to us and also back, along with a restocking fee. We have tried calling. And talking to multiple people to see what could be done and no one will return our calls or they are always busy or out of the office conveniently when we call to follow up. Had our customer service experience been different, we would have been okay with reordering. We will never use this company again.

Pick your order up yourself!!! Ordered porcelain pavers from them. Paid 346 extra for 500lb pallet to be delivered to my curb. They do not deliver directly to your residence beware of this fact . Pick the stuff up yourself if they have it in your area and save yourself the headache.

Delivery took longer than expected and… Delivery took longer than expected and some moulding apparently was not shipped.I am still dealing with the shipping conpany but who knows when i will be able to complete the job.Even to complete this review i need to register my info.I paid money to not get everthing yet now i need to satisfy everyone else. This is exactly why internet sales are horrible because there is no customer service anymore. The company is always right instead of the customer.

My floor is beautiful and I’m happy. My floor is beautiful and I’m happy I found go hardwood. We had an initial glitch with the carrier damaging some of the boxes including wood damage. Go Hardwood made this right immediately. On a side note, our floor is maple, immensely beautiful, but scratches rather easily. Next time I’ll go another direction. For now, I’m quite satisfied.
