Beautiful java floors We bought java colored engineered wood that interlocks for our entire house. The color was very rich and elegant and it was by far the easiest floor for us to install and we have done several rooms with other brands. Customer service was great thanks to Jeremy who took very good care of us during the ups and downs of this pandemic. He coordinated the delivery dates for us and took care of any questions we had...thanks for everything and we will definitely be back:)

Customer service lacking The product that arrived did not match our order, so we rejected the shipment. Customer service was terrible and told us that we would be paying for the cost of shipment to us and also back, along with a restocking fee. We have tried calling. And talking to multiple people to see what could be done and no one will return our calls or they are always busy or out of the office conveniently when we call to follow up. Had our customer service experience been different, we would have been okay with reordering. We will never use this company again.

Pick your order up yourself!!! Ordered porcelain pavers from them. Paid 346 extra for 500lb pallet to be delivered to my curb. They do not deliver directly to your residence beware of this fact . Pick the stuff up yourself if they have it in your area and save yourself the headache.

This was a great purchase This was a great purchase. It was my first time ordering such a large shipment just from website photos. But, the product was exactly as pictured upon delivery. The shipment ran into a few delays. But, the staff were helpful and polite throughout. The delivery to my home was also difficult, just in terms of getting several hundred pounds of material into my garage. But the delivery person worked very hard to get the job done. Much thanks to his effort!

I absolutely love this website!! I absolutely love this website!!! I went to a brick and mortar store and found a floor I liked but it was out of my budget range for the project. I found gohardwood.com and found the exact same floor for much less. I am lucky enough to live near a Mohawk distribution center so I was able to go pick it up ourselves and saved hundreds in shipping and delivery fees. I highly recommend go hardwood!!!
