I absolutely love this website!! I absolutely love this website!!! I went to a brick and mortar store and found a floor I liked but it was out of my budget range for the project. I found gohardwood.com and found the exact same floor for much less. I am lucky enough to live near a Mohawk distribution center so I was able to go pick it up ourselves and saved hundreds in shipping and delivery fees. I highly recommend go hardwood!!!

Go Hardwood interaction was very good Go Hardwood interaction was very good. I knew my order's status at all times and the Shaw product pickup was very easy. I bought Shaw Bellingham 3/4 x 3 1/4 inch premium hardwood.flooring and was a bit disappointed in the number of 8 inch pieces in every carton.If not for the many short pieces the overall quality was acceptable. I would buy 10% more for overhead..

Very helpful Even tho we ended shopping locally, GoHardwood was a lot of help. I love the Home Visualizer, You can get lost for hours looking at what wood flooring samples will look like in your home. You take a picture of inside your home and magically when you pick a sample, it'll show up on your floor. Lot os help when purchasing just the floor samples. Don J.

Beautiful Nightstand Purchased via Amazon. The box arrived unscathed, and all the parts were inside. Followed the directions to assemble, and voila! a beautiful nightstand. At the price, it is a tremendous value. I'll probably get another.

Ordering was great. Shipping not so much care Ordering was great. Customer service was great. But shipping was not so good. All of the bottom boxes were damaged (5 boxes) due to poor palletizing it actually took 3 people to get the pallet off the truck because it was damaged so badly. We couldn’t see any damage before we got it unloaded at the job because it was wrapped really well and the damage was up through where the forklift either loaded or unloaded it.
