Great service. This was my third time purchasing flooring from Go Hardwood. Every time has been a great experience. I’m a local contractor in Florida and I have very special and various needs in the material that purchase. The products have been great the sales staff has been knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Customer service lacking The product that arrived did not match our order, so we rejected the shipment. Customer service was terrible and told us that we would be paying for the cost of shipment to us and also back, along with a restocking fee. We have tried calling. And talking to multiple people to see what could be done and no one will return our calls or they are always busy or out of the office conveniently when we call to follow up. Had our customer service experience been different, we would have been okay with reordering. We will never use this company again.

Delivery took longer than expected and… Delivery took longer than expected and some moulding apparently was not shipped.I am still dealing with the shipping conpany but who knows when i will be able to complete the job.Even to complete this review i need to register my info.I paid money to not get everthing yet now i need to satisfy everyone else.This is exactly why internet sales are horrible because there is no customer service anymore.The company is always right instead of the customer.

Go Hardwood interaction was very good Go Hardwood interaction was very good. I knew my order's status at all times and the Shaw product pickup was very easy. I bought Shaw Bellingham 3/4 x 3 1/4 inch premium hardwood.flooring and was a bit disappointed in the number of 8 inch pieces in every carton.If not for the many short pieces the overall quality was acceptable. I would buy 10% more for overhead..
