Ordering was great. Shipping not so much care Ordering was great. Customer service was great. But shipping was not so good. All of the bottom boxes were damaged (5 boxes) due to poor palletizing it actually took 3 people to get the pallet off the truck because it was damaged so badly. We couldn’t see any damage before we got it unloaded at the job because it was wrapped really well and the damage was up through where the forklift either loaded or unloaded it.

Bad experience My experience with GoHardwood was very disappointing. My goal was to add flooring to my staircase by matching my existing flooring. I wasn't sure about the reference to my existing flooring since it was done by the previous owner of the house. I ordered this Mohawk stairnose thinking it was my best option after I read the return policy very carefully and was OK with the 30% restocking fee. The delivery experience was quite bad. I ordered 7 stairnose units and they came in 3 different shipments. One shipment with 4 units, one shipment with 2 units and one shipment with 1 unit. Each shipment was poorly packaged, the hardwood was moving and not protected by any plastic wrapper or anything. As a matter of fact, UPS left a note saying that one of the shipments arrived with both sides open. Most of the units were damaged enough that the ends couldn't be used and had to be cut. Anyways, I called the customer service about returning the merchandise and they told me that I couldn't return them because of Mohawk's policy - they don't allow returning "accessories". This left me very disappointed since it wasn't in the return policy. Only have I known, I probably wouldn't have ordered from this website with blurry return policies. The person I had on the phone told me they would reach out to Mohawk's customer service to see what he could do but never got back to me. My email with someone was left unanswered as well.

Great communication and follow up Great communication and follow up. One of the boxes was lost by the freight carrier and another was damaged. In contacting Go Hardwood they were very responsive and sent replacement items. Highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. My floor is beautiful and I’m happy. My floor is beautiful and I’m happy I found go hardwood. We had an initial glitch with the carrier damaging some of the boxes including wood damage. Go Hardwood made this right immediately. On a side note, our floor is maple, immensely beautiful, but scratches rather easily. Next time I’ll go another direction. For now, I’m quite satisfied.

Beautiful Nightstand Purchased via Amazon. The box arrived unscathed, and all the parts were inside. Followed the directions to assemble, and voila! a beautiful nightstand. At the price, it is a tremendous value. I'll probably get another.
