I purchases 3 spacers and 3 cleaning… I purchases 3 spacers and 3 cleaning kits i recieved on cleaning kit and all spacers were in 1box instead of individual. I gave them a call and they were VERY helpful and kind. Sent me the other two kits and extras boxes and i recieved the very next day with a personal note. Thank you so much. Wonderful I bought this bracelet for my granddaughter who goes to Temple University. I ordered it on Tuesday and received on Wednesday and when they received the order they called r inform me that the finish I ordered was not available and did I want to change. The bracelet is very nice and the customer service is terrific!

Missing a charm in order.. The jewerly is beautiful. I purchased it with 25% off which is a bonus. And I received my order quickly. The problem, I ordered 5 petite birthstones charms and only received 4. I sent an email to URBANfusion 2 days ago. Waiting to hear back from them. If I receive the 5th charm, I would certainly rate URBANfusion with 5 stars. UPDATE: I received a response from URBANfusion and they will be sending the missing charm immediately. So I change my review to 5 stars. And I would certainly order from them again.

Nice experience! First time buying at Urban Fusion and it was really nice (I found them because I was looking for a charm that was out of stock on the official Pandora website and as a authorized seller I could find the charm and the same sale that was happening at the time). Fast free shipping, in 3 or 4 days I received my Pandora charms. I had to return one of my items because I bought the wrong size and they promptly sent the return shipping label. I will definetly buy again with them.

Snobby Employees! I went to this store two seperate times, both times I was completely treated like an outcast, the staff acted like they were so much better than me and constantly had their noses in the air. When I told them my price range was $60 and under, two employees turned to eachother and laughed while one rolled their eyes. When I finally checked out the woman behind the counter handed me the bag like I had a disease or something. Totally uncalled for and the absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen. Never coming back here and neither will my family after this incident.
