I purchases 3 spacers and 3 cleaning… I purchases 3 spacers and 3 cleaning kits i recieved on cleaning kit and all spacers were in 1box instead of individual. I gave them a call and they were VERY helpful and kind. Sent me the other two kits and extras boxes and i recieved the very next day with a personal note. Thank you so much. Missing a charm in order.. The jewerly is beautiful. I purchased it with 25% off which is a bonus. And I received my order quickly. The problem, I ordered 5 petite birthstones charms and only received 4. I sent an email to URBANfusion 2 days ago. Waiting to hear back from them. If I receive the 5th charm, I would certainly rate URBANfusion with 5 stars. UPDATE: I received a response from URBANfusion and they will be sending the missing charm immediately. So I change my review to 5 stars. And I would certainly order from them again.

I ordered two lovely Caldera soaps in… I ordered two lovely Caldera soaps in glass containers. One of the soaps was broken upon receipt. Emailed immediately to the contact listed on my order via PayPal. I also emaied pictures of the broken goods. Items were poorly packaged. I am very surprised both glass containers were not broken as packing materials were very sparse for the box they used for shipment. I am unhappy they have not gotten back to me to send a replacement or provide a refund.

quick delivery My earrings arrived quickly and in tact. As I purchased 2 pairs I assumed they would come in separate boxes but they came in the same box. As they were gifts, this left me stuck without a box - but quality and delivery were great.
