USBest customer service! Your representative went beyond his duties, at least I believe. Very courteous and helpful explaining pricing, but above all with getting the design pattern for my even though I should have done it on the Webb site. Afterwards he followed up with a phone call to ensure I understood and to provide additional help if needed. Great job! So far, its been the best customer service I have experienced this year. USFrustration with shipper! The experience was far from great. The person who helped me did a great job but I'm very unhappy because I was told the previous time I called over a week ago the items would be shipped last week. This order was placed 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting with no update from the shipper. As a customer I feel it is important to know how long it will take to receive a product and if it is backed order so I can plan accordingly. I will check in 24 hours to see if this item is truly being shipped. If not, I will cancel the order!

USIt took over a week to resolve the… It took over a week to resolve the mistake that was made to my order. I called, emailed and even used the chat feature but still did not receive any significant response. I finally received a call from Marquel Hamilton and he quickly resolved the issue. I gave Marquel the 5 star review for his quick response however, my overall experience was disappointing.

USJessica is the only person you need to deal with she was above amazing. had a few interactions with… I had a few interactions with salespeople while trying to aquire mats for my garage we had a few stumbling blocks in the process. I was then put in contact with Jessica which made my transaction a pure pleasure. I don't think I have ever dealt with such a professional while making a transaction. Anyone calling to make a purchase such as I did needs to request to deal with Jessica. She is an amazing salesperson, kind and a pleasure to have worked with. So much THANKS to Jessica. I can't say enough about her.

USAfter simply inquiring about an order… After simply inquiring about an order status that wasn’t available in the website, was put on hold for 20 minutes listening to about a 30 second audio loop. Finally hung up without receiving an answer to a seemingly simple inquiry. So I texted requesting the order status information. Now,I’m asked to provide a survey. Really?
