Good Service Good Product We had an issue with a small area on the rubber floor and Lydia got a hold of me on Saturday to resolve the issue and is shipping the replacement piece I need. I have purchased from Lydia for the past few years and the rubber flooring is great quality and arrives on time which is rare these days. Thank you Lydia.

Assuming the rubber roll is as firm as she described it was a bit less expensive (even with shipping) than an interlocking product from Home Depot that did not sit smoothly. It was also a better fit for my space. I am looking forward to receiving the 4cx10 roll for my home gym :)

Frustration with shipper! The experience was far from great. The person who helped me did a great job but I'm very unhappy because I was told the previous time I called over a week ago the items would be shipped last week. This order was placed 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting with no update from the shipper. As a customer I feel it is important to know how long it will take to receive a product and if it is backed order so I can plan accordingly. I will check in 24 hours to see if this item is truly being shipped. If not, I will cancel the order!
