Good Service Good Product We had an issue with a small area on the rubber floor and Lydia got a hold of me on Saturday to resolve the issue and is shipping the replacement piece I need. I have purchased from Lydia for the past few years and the rubber flooring is great quality and arrives on time which is rare these days. Thank you Lydia.

Kevin was fantastic to work with Kevin was fantastic to work with. When calling with a question about shipping time, he not only answered my question but offered to help place my order over the phone. I've received notifications that the flooring is coming early this week, earlier than expected, and I am excited to see how it looks in our trade show booth!

salesperson was friendly and helpful… salesperson was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Assuming the rubber roll is as firm as she described it was a bit less expensive (even with shipping) than an interlocking product from Home Depot that did not sit smoothly. It was also a better fit for my space. I am looking forward to receiving the 4cx10 roll for my home gym :)

Fixed the issue right away. I ordered an item in Jan. and initially was told it would ship in early Feb. On 2/9 I received email saying my item was no longer available and asking if I wished to switch to a different color. I said yes, switch the color. I never received any further communication from the company. I felt like my order went into a black hole. However, when I called the customer service rep was very efficient and resolved the issue immediately.

Angela was absolutely wonderful to work… Angela was absolutely wonderful to work with. As a small business starting out in a new retail space she was able to work with to find the perfect flooring we needed and within budget. She was very knowledgeable and informative and walked us through the entire process. She is definitely an asset to your organization and we will definitely be doing more business with you!
