Best customer service! Your representative went beyond his duties, at least I believe. Very courteous and helpful explaining pricing, but above all with getting the design pattern for my even though I should have done it on the Webb site. Afterwards he followed up with a phone call to ensure I understood and to provide additional help if needed. Great job! So far, its been the best customer service I have experienced this year. It was contrary to my first experience when I contacted your company about 2 missing tiles. First person was not helpful at all. It made me feel like there is nothing else she can do. Fixed the issue right away. I ordered an item in Jan. and initially was told it would ship in early Feb. On 2/9 I received email saying my item was no longer available and asking if I wished to switch to a different color. I said yes, switch the color. I never received any further communication from the company. I felt like my order went into a black hole. However, when I called the customer service rep was very efficient and resolved the issue immediately.

Good Service Good Product We had an issue with a small area on the rubber floor and Lydia got a hold of me on Saturday to resolve the issue and is shipping the replacement piece I need. I have purchased from Lydia for the past few years and the rubber flooring is great quality and arrives on time which is rare these days. Thank you Lydia.
