GBHigh end happiness. Our most recent purchases were 4 counter stools and 2 leather topped stools made to order by Charleston Forge. They were for our home in Arizona. Barron, who assisted us, took care of everything seamlessly and the furniture arrived at the time promised. We have worked with and purchased from most of the high end stores in Scottsdale and Montgomery’s is on par with the best.

Generally I get stressed out about salespeople selling us something we won't love long term, but Julie was fantastic. We will definitely work with her again!

GBThis was My first experience with… This was My first experience with Montgomery's and it was very positive. We were allowed to browse but she picked up on our comments and then helped us view other items that might be of interest to us. We had no pressure to make a decision and when we indicated that we thought we liked certain items she showed us the options we had with them. Very enjoyable shopping that afternoon. Very nice to be offered a bottle of water too. Will definitely recommend Montgomery's to others to take a look and see what they have. Can't wait to get my new furniture.

GBDisappointed Customer We had purchased a Flexsteel, leather recliner in 2006. The mechanical part of the recliner went bad and my husband was unable to use the chair. We were not able to talk to the person in charge of repairs for 2 weeks because he was on vacation(???) We wondered why another employee couldn’t handle our situation. Anyway, when the employee returned to work and returned our call we discovered the part wasn’t available for another 4 weeks. Eventually the part came in and after scheduling the visit, we are now waiting another week and a half. Wow! All that time for a mechanism for our recliner, and “no” it is not even electrical!
