GBWe'll go somewhere else next time :( The initial shopping experience was good-friendly staff & good variety in the showroom. BUT- ten weeks after ordering a new mattress and bed frame, we are still missing parts. It took two weeks longer than promised to get the mattress. It’s one thing if we’re expecting a 2-1/2 month wait- but our estimated delivery was six weeks. We have the headboard & footboard but no rails. So our mattress is still sitting on the floor. Very disappointing experience!!!

GBBasement Finish We ordered our flooring when we built our house, a few years later we finished our basement. We called and we so excited that we were able to order the same tile. Our disappointment came when we were told the tiles would be delivered within a week. When I called to check on the tile it was delayed and was given an estimated delivery date. We are currently still waiting on our tile which has delayed the rest of our contractors in getting the basement finished.

We work with a designer (Michele) and she has always impressed us, she takes the guess work out of putting rooms together, and makes the shopping process painless. We’re impressed with the quality and durability of our furniture that we’ve purchased throughout the years. All in all, always pleased with Montgomery’s.

GBCouch service The guys that put the battery in my couch ripped the bottom and didn’t tell me. I didn’t realize until later. My puppy kept wanting to go into the hole and I had to take out the whole underside.
