Never Disappointed Love the store employees and selection. They were very helpful with picking out furniture within my budget. Also, showed great knowledge about the furniture and construction. I love the display that allows you to test drive the different upgrades to the frame and/or cushions so you can make an informed decision. I bought my coffee and end table years back and told my husband the next time I want furniture I'm going to Madison's Montgomery.

This was My first experience with… This was My first experience with Montgomery's and it was very positive. We were allowed to browse but she picked up on our comments and then helped us view other items that might be of interest to us. We had no pressure to make a decision and when we indicated that we thought we liked certain items she showed us the options we had with them. Very enjoyable shopping that afternoon. Very nice to be offered a bottle of water too. Will definitely recommend Montgomery's to others to take a look and see what they have. Can't wait to get my new furniture.

My wife and I had some floor coverings… My wife and I had some floor coverings installed from Montgomery's, there is some issues with the sheet vinyl. I was sick when John from Sioux falls called, I returned the call after I was feeling better and left a voicemail, no response. I am glad that we did not have the whole house done by them. They knew we were in the market for new furniture. I'm not talking about a couch or a chair. I'm talking about buying at least 3 bedroom sets, living room furniture, dining room set, along with a family room set. So, enough money worth of household stuff. After our experience, we went somewhere else for the furniture and will not be purchasing anything from Montgomery's in the near future.

I bought furniture and was told that… I bought furniture and was told that although material was not leather it was excellent and would wear well. Material deteriorated and peeled off. I reached an agreement with Montgomerys that if I paid for the material they would pay labor. When it came to getting the individual a work order to complete the labor they would not pay her. Going back and forth I was forced to take store credit that didn't come close to fixing my loss. I will probably not purchase anything from your store again. The agreement should have been honored
