High end happiness. Our most recent purchases were 4 counter stools and 2 leather topped stools made to order by Charleston Forge. They were for our home in Arizona. Barron, who assisted us, took care of everything seamlessly and the furniture arrived at the time promised. We have worked with and purchased from most of the high end stores in Scottsdale and Montgomery’s is on par with the best.

We asked if we could take a barstool home to see how it would look and how many we would need--not a problem--this was very important for us as we have a hard time visualizing--LOL Great people, great products--So many beautiful choices

We work with a designer (Michele) and she has always impressed us, she takes the guess work out of putting rooms together, and makes the shopping process painless. We’re impressed with the quality and durability of our furniture that we’ve purchased throughout the years. All in all, always pleased with Montgomery’s.

We'll go somewhere else next time :( The initial shopping experience was good-friendly staff & good variety in the showroom. BUT- ten weeks after ordering a new mattress and bed frame, we are still missing parts. It took two weeks longer than promised to get the mattress. It’s one thing if we’re expecting a 2-1/2 month wait- but our estimated delivery was six weeks. We have the headboard & footboard but no rails. So our mattress is still sitting on the floor. Very disappointing experience!!!

Never Disappointed Love the store employees and selection. They were very helpful with picking out furniture within my budget. Also, showed great knowledge about the furniture and construction. I love the display that allows you to test drive the different upgrades to the frame and/or cushions so you can make an informed decision. I bought my coffee and end table years back and told my husband the next time I want furniture I'm going to Madison's Montgomery.
