End product looks nice, but some issues. The assembly of the actual mirror was easy and went smoothly. But the clips they provided to replace the plastic clips on our mirror were way too big. The clip did not fit flush against the mirror and the little foam "spacer" tab provided was no help. Not to mention the screws provided for the dry wall anchors were too small. We ended up having to cut notches out of the frame to fit our current plastic clips. Definitely shouldn't have had to do that for the price paid. The hardware provided should have been correct. End product looks nice though.

Love My Mirror Mate Frame I just installed my Chelesa White frame, and it looks beautiful. This now completes my master bathroom. Looking forward to ordering another frame for my 2nd bathroom. Karyn

Be careful with measurements! I'm very happy with the final look of my mirror but i would like to caution people to CALL after you take the measurements and before you place your order. I did not do this so unfortunately even though I thought I specified I had NO space on either side of my mirror, the mirror frame arrived to large to fit in between the two walls that abutted the mirrors. (they automatically make the frame slightly large than the mirror!). Because they said this was MY fault I had to reorder and did receive half off the reorder which though helpful, I don't believe I should have been charged anything. They claim fit is guaranteed should be followed by the statement in capital letters, THE FRAME WILL BE LARGER THAN YOUR MEASUREMENTS!

Wrong size cut mirror frame. 1-16-22 I order 2 mirror frames for $456 one frame was cut with the wrong measurement. I called informing about the mistake they made, they want me to pay again, so they can fix their mistake. After a year later I'm very disappointed .

Incredible product! The directions made this look like a simple installation job. But you know how that often goes -- something doesn't fit and the whole task becomes a nightmare. But not the case here!! An impeccable example of fine workmanship, along with an obvious sense of professionalism, made this vastly more easy than I anticipated. And the finished product looks -- well, looks far better than I had hoped it would! Thank you so very much for such a great product!!
