GBBullet-proof finish and construction. Outstanding Frame! This is the second mirror frame I purchased from MirrorMate. The first was (I thought) destroyed by being completely flooded by Hurricane Harvey. During the mucking and gutting out process the Grandezza frame and my mirror were pried off the wall and left outside, unprotected from rain and flood crud leaning against a fence for about two months. After a while, I noticed the frame appeared to be holding up it's finish and lustre, so I salvaged it and I placed it inside while rebuilding. A year later while finishing the bath rebuild, I reattached my original Mirrormate, it is still perfect!! Then I bought another for my other bathroom. This is a great product!!!!!

GBBe careful with measurements! I'm very happy with the final look of my mirror but i would like to caution people to CALL after you take the measurements and before you place your order. I did not do this so unfortunately even though I thought I specified I had NO space on either side of my mirror, the mirror frame arrived to large to fit in between the two walls that abutted the mirrors. (they automatically make the frame slightly large than the mirror!). Because they said this was MY fault I had to reorder and did receive half off the reorder which though helpful, I don't believe I should have been charged anything. They claim fit is guaranteed should be followed by the statement in capital letters, THE FRAME WILL BE LARGER THAN YOUR MEASUREMENTS!

GBThey look great, but They look great, but the quality is only okay. The last set of frames had the ends chipped exposing raw wood. Not surprising as wood does that, but I would have expected Mirrormates to touch up the tips before shipping. Another problem is when you pull the tape behind the frame, some of the tapes break before exposing all the sticky tape. Not sure why this happens. I contacted them and they seemed surprised.

GBThis company cannot be trusted Edited I mentioned in my earlier correspondence that I had sent an email to info@MirrorMate before deciding to order a 2nd time. The email came from my email tahzack. I was fully versed in using a discount code for the first order. I sent the email to inquire about the possibility of another 10% discount if I have mirrormate another order. Mirrormate responded to this request saying they would give 10% on a 2nd order IF I CALLED THE ORDER IN. I have asked mirrormate to review their email log from info@mirrormate to tahzack to see the response they sent me. They obviously did not do this. They made a promise via the email that they did not keep when I called in the 2nd order. The customer service rep was unaware of this and was very rude when I explained this. I am still waiting for mirrormate review their email log in correspondence to tahzack. They either won’t do it or they don’t have past records of their emails. They owe me an apology. This company cannot be trusted. They have a very rude customer service that wants to talk over a customer. They promised via e-mail that they would give. 10% discount a second time if I would order again. This promise was made via e-mail. However the customer service said they would not honor it. She was abrasive. Not again with them. Good luck.

GBHappy overall Turned out nice. Somewhat expensive for what it is, but compared to full blown mirrors already with frames the cost makes sense. Overall, very happy. Did think it was annoying that they suggest you color in the "raw" parts of the frame, but don't provide a marker. For the price and knowing that you are putting it together yourself, would have expected the pieces to at least be completely done.
