Had to call the customer serivce because the delivery misplaced our package and Roseshire acted very quick to track it down and was able to receive on a scheduled date, so no worries on delivery! Absolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. Paid extra for priority shipping. Paid extra for v-day holiday. No roses were delivered. No customer service, phone just rings and hangs up. Took days for the initial email response and more days to answer me back. Still no roses, no response, no refund.

Horrible Experience… ordered for… Horrible Experience… ordered for Valentine’s Day. No packages received. Called the number on line twice, no answer. Sent an email, responded that carrier shows order was delivered. Nothing after that. They don’t care at all. Had to open up an investigation with the carrier. Sent another email to Roseshire; still no response. Not sure if I’m going to get reimbursed. Definitely feel scammed. Don’t waste your time or money.

She is in California away from home, as soon as she received them she called me on facetime crying showing me all the details of the gift. The packaging, the quality of the roses and the beautiful card were all first class. You will always be my “go to” gift company for someone special.
