GBHORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! Ordered roses for Valentines Day, paid extra to be delivered on 2/14/23. NO ROSES were delivered. Tracking information showed nothing for delivery only that the label was printed on 2/11/23. No notification from the company at all. I know nothing was delivered because I have cameras outside my house and my wife works from home. Put in a dispute with PayPal and the company has not responded. This company use to be reputable but is now a SCAM! I want a full refund; no roses on the date promised, means they did not fulfill their service obligation. REFUND!

GBOrdered flowers in April for my sister… Ordered flowers in April for my sister who is a registered nurse as a surprise for her birthday. Recieved an email that they'd be delivered on time despite the pandemic. They didn't show. Emailed, no response. Finally contacted a rep & was told they'd be delivered several days after original delivery date. Just got an email in July about roses I ordered in April.

GBAbsolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. Paid extra for priority shipping. Paid extra for v-day holiday. No roses were delivered. No customer service, phone just rings and hangs up. Took days for the initial email response and more days to answer me back. Still no roses, no response, no refund.

GBNow and Forever Roses Beautiful roses. Decoration was superb. My spouse loved them. My only issue was that the petal on one of the roses came off and another rose fell out of the box. Not sure if this occurred during packaging or during transportation. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5. But I would definitely place another order in the future.
