The Roseshire team helpfully found my order before the shipment went out and was able to get the address changed in minutes. I REALLY appreciated you fixing my mistake and making it so easy!

Horrible Experience… ordered for… Horrible Experience… ordered for Valentine’s Day. No packages received. Called the number on line twice, no answer. Sent an email, responded that carrier shows order was delivered. Nothing after that. They don’t care at all. Had to open up an investigation with the carrier. Sent another email to Roseshire; still no response. Not sure if I’m going to get reimbursed. Definitely feel scammed. Don’t waste your time or money.
