Never received my order for Valentines… Never received my order for Valentines Day. Definitely not receiving a "premium" experience they advertise or you end up paying for. Emailed support and waiting for a response. Going on Day 4 and no update from the shipping carrier they chose to use.

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! Ordered roses for Valentines Day, paid extra to be delivered on 2/14/23. NO ROSES were delivered. Tracking information showed nothing for delivery only that the label was printed on 2/11/23. No notification from the company at all. I know nothing was delivered because I have cameras outside my house and my wife works from home. Put in a dispute with PayPal and the company has not responded. This company use to be reputable but is now a SCAM! I want a full refund; no roses on the date promised, means they did not fulfill their service obligation. REFUND!

I didn't realize until the day before… I didn't realize until the day before her birthday that my Goddaughter would be out of state on the day I originally picked to have flowers delivered to her. The Roseshire team helpfully found my order before the shipment went out and was able to get the address changed in minutes. I REALLY appreciated you fixing my mistake and making it so easy!

Now and Forever Roses Beautiful roses. Decoration was superb. My spouse loved them. My only issue was that the petal on one of the roses came off and another rose fell out of the box. Not sure if this occurred during packaging or during transportation. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5. But I would definitely place another order in the future.
