The employees of Mount Vernon carpet… The employees of Mount Vernon carpet one, were amazing! They answered all of our questions and concerns, and helped us decide on the flooring that would be best for our new home! We will definitely be using them again when it's time to update our upstairs carpeting and molding! Thank you Morgan and everyone at Carpet one for making our experience so wonderful! We LOVE our floors!

Flooring and Tile We had our first floor redone and some tiling done around our fireplace. We worked with Tanya and she was very helpful and promptly responded to all of our questions! We felt we had to do a bit more homework on our end and coordinating with a lot of different individuals, due to the fact that we didn't start the project with a construction company. Also, like another reviewer, I felt there was some lack of communication between technicians and the main office (confusion about installation dates, aspects of what jobs to complete...). After inquiring, these kinks were ironed out and were quickly remedied. The two gentlemen that put in the floors were very fast and efficient. We failed to protect items on counters and in closets, so there was a lot of dust to clean up. However, we were very pleased with the end result. So, the dust was easy to overlook. The tiling technician did a very nice job as well! All and all, it was a great experience. I'd recommend using this company for your flooring projects.

Very happy We had original 15 year old carpet in the living/dining room and original linoleum in the kitchen, laundry room, powder room and master bath removed and replaced with beautiful CoreTec Plus luxury vinyl plank. The installers were amazing and had everything completed in 1.5 days. One of the installers stayed until 9:05 PM on the first day getting all of the CoreTec installed. On the second day, all of the baseboards, 1/4-round molding and thresholds were installed and the job completed. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely use Carpet One again.

Vinyl, Carpet, Tile, and Blinds We purchased Vinyl, Carpet, Tile, and Blinds: We had a great experience with Carpet One. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was completed by experienced workers. However, keep in mind that in every project there is potential for mishaps beyond everyone's control. My suggestions are to review any NEW product prior to completing the quote as not every new product is the same size or use. Also, equipment should be checked out at the store before using on site. Other than that, everything turned out great in the end! Thanks for your help!!!

Call Carpet One I chose Carpet One because I like to buy local when I can. The living room carpet and bathroom vinyl were professionally installed on the day they were promised. Important to me is that both installers left no trace of their presence in my home. Up next? Another bathroom, the kitchen, stairs and hallway, and two bedrooms. Oh, and there was a hiccup on my part and Carpet One sent an installer back to my house, at no charge, to craft some adjustments. That made me feel good. That is good business.
