Flooring and Tile We had our first floor redone and some tiling done around our fireplace. We worked with Tanya and she was very helpful and promptly responded to all of our questions! We felt we had to do a bit more homework on our end and coordinating with a lot of different individuals, due to the fact that we didn't start the project with a construction company. Also, like another reviewer, I felt there was some lack of communication between technicians and the main office (confusion about installation dates, aspects of what jobs to complete...). After inquiring, these kinks were ironed out and were quickly remedied. The two gentlemen that put in the floors were very fast and efficient. We failed to protect items on counters and in closets, so there was a lot of dust to clean up. However, we were very pleased with the end result. So, the dust was easy to overlook. The tiling technician did a very nice job as well! All and all, it was a great experience. I'd recommend using this company for your flooring projects.

The Mount Vernon Carpet installer The Mount Vernon Carpet installer, Michael, did a fantastic job with our basement floor. He was very careful to prep the floor and take the time to get ready for the vinyl install. Michael was thoughtful, considerate and conscientious about his time in our home and was a delight to work with. Michael was exceptionally meticulous and didn't want to leave anything undone or done poorly. Our contacts with Larry were also very favorable. He was very patient and thorough about the business part of this job and also advised us when needed about our best possible choices for the work we had done. Thank you to both of these men for making our basement "re-do" a very successful experience.

I am working with Carpet One and… I am working with Carpet One and putting in my order. I am impressed with the help and communication, but I am quite surprised that they require 75% cash up front from individuals with excellent credit.

Had to coordinate with multiple … Had to coordinate with multiple individuals, as apposed to one project manager, to get the complete job done. There was also some lack of subcontractor communications with customer, times when job to be accomplished or when they were going to arrive late. In the end, the new kitchen and dinning room is beautiful and more functional than before thanks to the help of Ronda, Cecil and Kristin.

Flooring sales and installation Our salesman, Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the flooring products, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly wanted us to be completely satisfied with the product we purchased. The installers were on time, respectful, and did an amazing job installing our beautiful floors. They also cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated. My husband and I would recommend Carpet One to our family and friends. Thank you.
